Olivia Eijking

Olivia Eijking has 27 years of experience in the energy markets, working in New York, Paris, Hamburg and London, across trading, investment management, private equity and project development. She has held leadership positions with alternative investment managers and industrial groups.

As an entrepreneur, Olivia notably launched Kreen, the wind, solar and storage focused renewable energy consultancy that advises manufacturers, project developers and sponsors in the financing and development of renewables projects. She combines substantial operational and financial experience across both developed and emerging markets globally, encompassing structuring, financing, project development, construction, and asset management.

Over the course of her career, Olivia has been directly involved in 5.5 GW’s worth of renewable energy projects as well as the oversight of over USD 1.2 b in energy asset investments.

Mrs. Eijking received an MSc in Management, majoring in Corporate Finance, from EM Lyon business school.

Ben Agyeman

Ben Agyeman brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors, having worked in key global locations such as London, New York, Manama, Dubai, Essen, and Hamburg. He has held senior roles with notable sector specialists, serving as Managing Director and Head of Structured Finance for MPC Capital, a global asset and investment manager. In this capacity, he focused on investments and the buildout of renewable and industrials businesses. Additionally, he served as Group Head of Project Finance & Investments for Ferrostaal Industrial Projects, a prominent German industrial services group, and as Group COO & CIO of Kampac Oil Group, the core energy business of a leading African conglomerate. Ben was a former TMT Investment Banker at UBS and analyst at Lehman Brothers International.

Throughout his career, Ben has worked on transactions valued close to USD 15 b, including over 2 GW of renewable energy projects, and has played a pivotal role in driving investments in private assets exceeding USD 1 b.

Mr. Agyeman holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BEng (Hons) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from London South Bank University.

Florent Josset

Florent Josset has 26 years of experience in the financial services industry working in New York, Paris and London, successfully building or restructuring a variety of complex businesses reliant on risk management and infrastructure to generate attractive returns. He has held senior positions with prominent financial institutions such as Nomura, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Natixis, including global leadership positions in alternative investments, prime services and structured solutions.
As an entrepreneur, Florent notably built a global trading and financing business with institutional backing, annualising over USD 100 b p.a. in trading volumes and successfully exiting via a private equity portfolio company LBO.

Over the course of his career, Florent has supervised circa USD 10 b in alternative assets under management, raised about USD 9 b in equity capital for alternative strategies and structured around USD 5 b in alternative investment solutions.

Olivier Perot

Olivier Perot is a Chief Executive Officer and an Advisor with an engineering background (X-Sup’Aéro-MIT). He is recognized as a pragmatic & versatile leader, a trust-worthy person, and an accelerator of transformations with a federating approach.

In 2021, he created an independent consulting firm, OvP Solutions, which provides operational advice for investments & projects in energy transition. OvP Solutions services are tailored for companies operating in the renewable energy value-chain, or willing to secure their electricity supply, or active in the decarbonization of the economy or the society (grid, energy efficiency, mobility, industry).

Olivier is building his expertise on a 30 year operational and commercial experience, having brought emerging technologies to commercial implementation for the benefit of the wider community in three innovative industries. He has been serving since 2009 in the Renewable energy sector as the Europe South Region CEO for REpower / Senvion in the Wind industry Onshore & Offshore. He has also served as Chairman of France Renewables association and is still serving on this Board. He is also a former Board Member of WindEurope.
