Olivia Eijking

With 27 years in energy markets across New York, Paris, Hamburg and London, Olivia brings exceptional leadership to renewable energy projects.

As founder of Kreen, she advises on wind, solar, storage and green tech projects financing. She combines operational and financial expertise in both developed and emerging markets.

Her portfolio includes direct involvement in over 6 GW of renewable energy projects and the oversight of USD 1.2 b in energy investments. Olivia is on the Board of Thrive Renewables.

Olivia holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon Business School.

Ben Agyeman

Ben brings 25+ years of expertise in energy, infrastructure, and technology across London, New York, the Middle East, and Germany. As Managing Director and Head of Structured Finance at MPC Capital, he specialized in renewable energy investments and industrial development.
Previously, Ben served as Group Head of Project Finance at Ferrostaal Industrial Projects and as Group COO & CIO of Kampac Oil Group. His career began at UBS as a TMT Investment Banker.

Ben has overseen transactions worth nearly USD 15 b, including 2+ GW of renewable energy projects, and has driven over USD 1 billion in global private asset investments.

He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BEng (Hons) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from London South Bank University.

Florent Josset

Florent has 26 years of experience in the financial services industry, successfully building or restructuring a variety of complex businesses reliant on risk management and infrastructure to generate attractive returns. He has held senior positions with Nomura, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Natixis, including global leadership positions in alternative investments, prime services and structured solutions.

Florent notably built a global trading and financing business with institutional backing, annualising over USD 100 b p.a. in trading volumes and successfully exiting via a private equity portfolio company LBO.

Florent has supervised circa USD 10 b in alternative assets under management, raised about USD 9 b in equity capital for alternative strategies and structured around USD 5 b in alternative investment solutions.

Olivier Perot

Olivier Perot is a C-level advisor with an engineering background (X-Sup’Aéro-MIT).

In 2021, he created an independent consulting firm, OvP Solutions, which provides operational advice for investments & projects in energy transition. OvP Solutions services are tailored for companies operating in the renewable energy value-chain, or willing to secure their electricity supply, or active in the decarbonization of the economy or the society (grid, energy efficiency, mobility, industry).

Olivier has been serving since 2009 in the renewable energy sector as the Europe South Region CEO for REpower / Senvion in the Wind industry Onshore & Offshore. He has also served as Chairman of France Renewables association and  former Board Member of WindEurope.

Michael Hansen

Michael Hansen brings over 24 years of experience in alternative investments across Paris and London markets.

As a founding partner at ITA Capital in Rio de Janeiro, he provides capital solutions for institutional investors worldwide.

Michael previously partnered at Nova Investimentos, focusing on renewable energy infrastructure in Brazil.
His career includes founding Fairway Capital in London, where he managed infrastructure equity funds for emerging markets.

Michael holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
